Article 1 – Definitions
In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions have the following meanings:
1.1 „Employer“ means the legal entity offering employment within the state of North Carolina.
1.2 „Employee“ means the individual entering into an employment agreement with the Employer.

Article 2 – Employment Agreement
